Common defects of plastic masterbatch

1. In the sun exposure, the products have stripes of paint belt

This problem should be considered from two aspects of plastic physical and mechanical properties and plastic molding process:

1.1 The temperature of the injection molding equipment is not well controlled, and the color master cannot be fully mixed with the resin after entering the mixing chamber.

1.2 The injection molding machine does not add a certain back pressure, screw mixing effect is not good.

1.3 Poor dispersion of color masterbatch or poor plasticization of resin.

The process can be adjusted as follows: 1. 2. The use of a certain color mother, the product appears more easily broken

3. The color is too dark (too light) after use according to the proportion of the color master instruction.

Although this problem is simple, there are many possibilities, specifically as follows:

3.1 The color master has not been carefully tested, too little or too much pigment

3.2. Measurement is not accurate when used, and there is a large number of random measurement by domestic enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises

3.3. There are problems in the matching between masterbatch and resin, which may be due to improper selection of carrier of masterbatch, or the manufacturer may change resin varieties at will

3.4. The temperature of the machine is not proper, and the color master stays in the machine for too long Processing procedures: first check whether the resin variety and color master match, measurement is accurate, then adjust the machine temperature or speed, if there are still problems should contact the color master manufacturer.

4. The same master color, resin and formula, different injection molding machine injection out of the product why the color?
